This page explains how Notice Desk handles purchases and the details you send us.

Who you’re buying from

Notice Desk is sold by Van Birch, operating as Axiom Solutions. Receipts come from Axiom Solutions, and card charges appear as AXIOM SOLUTIONS.

Plans and payment

Plans are purchased through Stripe checkout at the price shown on this website. One-time purchases are charged once. Monthly plans are charged at checkout and then each month until you cancel.

What each plan includes

Notice Pack ($39, one time). Up to 3 resident notices for 1 property in 2 business days, plus 1 round of edits.

Property ($79 a month). Each month for 1 property: a resident newsletter plus up to 4 notices, delivered within 3 business days of your start form or renewal. Up to 2 edit rounds per month. Unused notices and edits do not carry over.

Portfolio ($199 a month). Each month for up to 5 properties: a newsletter plus up to 4 notices per property, delivered within 3 business days, in one consistent voice. Up to 2 edit rounds per property per month. Unused notices and edits do not carry over.

Timing

Business days are Monday to Friday (US Eastern time), excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times start once we have everything the start form asks for. If something is missing, we let you know, and the time starts when you send it.

You stay in control

Everything is written only from the details you send. You review it and decide where and whether to use it. Dates, times, fees and rules appear only as you supply them.

Cancelling

To cancel a monthly plan, send us a message on our contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you won’t be charged again.

If we can’t deliver

If we can’t deliver the plan you bought, we will refund that payment.

What we do and don’t do

Notice Desk writes resident newsletters and everyday notices from the details you send. It does not send notices, write legal or lease-enforcement notices (late rent, violations, evictions), or give legal advice.
